Sam and the whole staff worked a miracle for me. They preserved memories from my phone that could never be replaced, and replaced them!! The price was fair and the customer service was great! I had a mixed experience at this repair shop. One employee—the Indian gentleman—was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, another employee (the shorter guy) was quite rude and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner.
I originally came in to have my phone repaired. After the repair, I also purchased a screen protector and a phone case from them. However, on my way home I noticed purple lines appearing on the screen, and my text messages were glitching and typing incorrectly. Since the store had already closed and I live about 30 minutes away, I couldn’t return that same evening.
The next day I called and explained the issue. Two days later I drove back to the store. The Indian employee listened carefully, took the phone, and immediately went to work fixing the problem. He was patient, respectful, and very professional throughout the process.
However, when I returned to pick up the phone, the other shorter guy spoke to me in a very condescending way. He told me to “be careful not to sleep on or sit on my phone” and said that if I break it again they would not fix it. He also accused me of breaking the phone a second time—something I absolutely did not do.
This was frustrating because I had only returned due to the original repair issue, and the receipt clearly stated that I could come back within 30 days if there were any problems. I had already driven 30 minutes back to the store simply to have the initial repair corrected.
I didn’t even ask for a receipt at first because I trusted their service. I was simply trying to resolve the problem.
Overall:
• The Indian employee provided excellent service and handled the situation professionally.
• The shorter guy’s attitude and accusations were unnecessary and unprofessional, which unfortunately took away from what could have been a good experience.

I bought a cell phone from this store. I started having issues with the battery. It turns out, they had installed an aftermarket battery that just doesn't hold a charge. The phonr itself showed a message about it. And I took a screenshot of it and all the associated errors. I found myself constantly searching for a charger because the battery would drain way too fast.
When I took it back to discuss the problem. I showed all the screenshots recorded. The front desk guy said that they need to replicate the errors and that the screenshots aren't good enough. He was unfriendly and rude. And since they weren't to replicate the errors they didn't change the battery. Therefore issues continued.
In the end, it was frustrating. I would recommend not purchasing from here.

I got water in my motherboard I took it to all the shops in Plano, Carrollton, even one in prosper. I took it to 4 or 5 shops before I brung it to this place. None of them could fix it, so I wasted a whole month of giving my phone to everyone else when I could’ve just came here this place can fix anything! Even Apple told me my phone was unfixable. They’re literally the best!!

I cracked my screen to the point where 3/4 of my screen was black. It eventually restored itself to where 1/3 was black, but the screen was still dysfunctional. Very honest people, genuinely try to help and not rip you off, they fixed the problem with ease, and let me know exactly in detail the issues at hand and price was very affordable compared to 2 other phone repair shops in the area, keep in mind I had water damage and was sad I might lose everything which is what the other 2 shops stated and were charging $300 for a new screen and other issues totaling $350-$450 super happy with my visit and will definitely be a returning customer with any Tech issues.

I'm not used to having to ring a doorbell to get into a store, but apparently that's normal for some electronics places?
They have a bunch of children's atvs lining the front, and the men who helped me were very soft spoken and pleasant. I didn't want to pay $70+ for a repair, so they tried a cheaper fix and when it didn't work, he let me leave without paying. I felt at ease while I was waiting.

My phone was not charging, I thought the charging port needed to be replaced, the guy at the store told me: maybe it just needs to be deep-cleaned, we charge $20 for that. If it needs to be replaced, the price is $120 but I will not charge $20 if the cleaning doesn’t work. THIS IS CALLED HONESTY. He then cleaned it and it worked perfectly fine. I appreciate the honesty and upfront price. Thank you very much. I will continue going to this store.
